Booking your wedding abroad is almost just as exciting (sometimes more exciting) than the day you got proposed to. It can be difficult to get everyone to commit to travelling abroad. In particular, getting your chosen bridesmaids to travel abroad for your wedding may not be an easy task too. The next challenge is to choose their dresses. Not only have you got the inevitable lengthy discussions over which style and colour to go for, but you also have travel concerns to consider.
It's tempting to go with chiffon Green Bridesmaid Dresses for your bridesmaids, they are lovely and floaty and blow in the wind. Brides often choose them because they want nice, lightweight green dresses that won't be too hot. In reality though, chiffon dresses normally have 2 layers of satin underneath making them heavier and hotter than satin or taffeta dresses. Taffeta dresses can often be two-toned and reflect the light differently – so photographing the true green colour of the dress can be troublesome. For example, green bridesmaid dresses can look like silver dresses on the camera, or even blue. It's not a problem if you like the end result, but if you're quite set on a particular colour and want the photographs to be precise, then green bridesmaid dresses would be best looking with satin or chiffon fabric.
